Every UK order ships free, insured and tracked. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days once dispatched.

Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.

We ship to Europe and the rest of the world via DHL Express Insured. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–5 working days in Europe and 5–8 working days elsewhere.

Distance-selling law gives you 14 days to change your mind. Selene Origins gives you 30 days from receipt to try a piece at home.

Return it in unworn condition with its original packaging, using a tracked — and for higher-value pieces, insured — service. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Ring not quite right? We offer one free resize within the first year of purchase on eligible rings.
