How to package your return

1. Tell us you want to return or exchange, including your order email and what is coming back.
2. Place the jewellery in the original box and pouch. If those are gone, use a sturdy small cardboard box that will not crush in the post.
3. Include certificates, authenticity cards and any unused extra fittings.
4. Use a tracked and, for higher-value pieces, insured service. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
5. We inspect returns in unworn condition with original packaging. Refunds are made to the original payment method after inspection.
