How long does delivery take?: Every UK order ships free, insured and tracked, and usually arrives within 3–5 working days.
What if the size is wrong?: Return anything within 30 days, or let us resize a ring free of charge within the first year. See delivery and returns for how to pack it.
Are the diamonds certified?: Yes — every stone we set arrives with certification, without exception.
Do you make bespoke pieces?: We do. Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with a sketch and a price.
